Help Palestinian and Jewish Unity (PAJU) by becoming a member
For more than twenty years, we have organized weekly vigils in solidarity with Palestine and meet people where they are to tell them about it. The vigils are held in front of schools and universities, metro stations, shops and during street and neighborhood festivities… So far, more than 500,000 flyers have been distributed to passers-by!
To support us, you can become a member, participate in the vigils, make a donation or all of these options at the same time. We look forward to working with you!

Saying ‘Yes’ to Genocide: Hampstead City Hall Flies Flag of Israel
Jeremy Levi, like Anthony Housefather, like all the other right-wing prominent Zionists who support Israel ‘right-or-wrong,’ or like the two-faced Irwin Cotler who pleads with Netanyahu to pursue a cease-fire to free the Israeli hostages, with the Palestinians as an ‘after-thought’, conflate Zionism with Judaism, and Israel as the embodiment of world Jewry. They substitute the State for the Jewish religion and then decry the growing ‘antisemitism everywhere’ which is the result of not making the distinction between the crimes of Israel and the Jews as a collectivity, between Zionism the ultra nationalist ideology and Judaism, the religion of the Jews.
Georges Abdallah’s Call to Action: Unite for Palestine’s Liberation
After 41 years of unjust imprisonment in France, Lebanese revolutionary Georges Ibrahim Abdallah emerged unbowed, delivering a fiery call to action for Palestine’s freedom. Upon his release, he landed in Beirut to a hero’s welcome, immediately condemning Arab inaction...
Israel Announces Ethnic Cleansing Plan: Palestinians to Be Shipped to War-Torn South Sudan
Imagine for a moment if a government announced it would ship Jewish citizens to South Sudan. Could any major outlet possibly write the headline in the calm, almost casual tone the AP did? Of course not. But Palestinians? That framing somehow feels normal. That’s the violence of narrative in action: the erasure of urgency, humanity, and legality.
Denying Gaza’s Starvation is No Less Vile Than Denying the Holocaust
In recent weeks, a despicable wave of denial has been sweeping through Israel, of all places. It is prevalent among many swaths of the public, shared by almost all media outlets. We’ve tried to ignore, to conceal, to avert our gaze, to blame Hamas, to say that this is how it is in war, to claim that there are no innocent people in Gaza, until the totality of Israel’s crimes in the Gaza Strip overflowed. With the onset of deliberate deadly starvation, there was no alternative but to turn to denial, no less loathsome than denial of the Holocaust. The current denial includes a denial of the genocidal intent and the transparent goal of removing Gaza’s population elsewhere.
EASING THEIR CONSCIENCES WHILE PERPETUATING THIS DEHUMANIZING CATASTROPHE
This situation demonstrates the complete internalization of the Israeli narrative by Canadian and Quebec political and media elites (and others). A catch-all answer to all these contradictions: Hamas is a terrorist organization! But look at the openly fascist speeches of Israeli politicians who call for the massacre of civilians, without distinction. Look at the actions of the Israeli army, not only since October 7, but well before.
Sanders Meets Freed Trump Political Prisoner Khalil as Columbia Punishes Gaza Protesters
Mahmoud Khalil was released last month upon a federal judge’s order. He is far from the only student jailed for opposing the Gaza genocide; others include Mohsen Mahdawi and Yunseo Chung—both permanent U.S. residents—as well as Rümeysa Öztürk, Badar Khan Suri, and others .On Tuesday, Columbia announced disciplinary action against more than 70 students who took part in last year’s protests for Gaza at the New York City school’s Butler Library. Around 80 Columbia students were arrested amid the violent police crackdown on campus encampments and occupations.
