{"id":2756,"date":"2020-08-07T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-07T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/paju.org\/?p=2756"},"modified":"2020-08-07T15:01:07","modified_gmt":"2020-08-07T15:01:07","slug":"end-of-occupation-no-1017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paju.org\/fr\/end-of-occupation-no-1017\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00ab End of Occupation \u00bb No 1017"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Israel arrests BDS coordinator in night raid<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ali Abunimah&nbsp; <\/strong><strong>30 July 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Israeli occupation forces detained the general coordinator of the BDS \u2013 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2753 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/paju.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/1017.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"125\">boycott, divestment and sanctions \u2013 movement in a night raid early Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>At around 3:30 am dozens of Israeli soldiers, accompanied by at least one dog, stormed the home of Mahmoud Nawajaa near Ramallah, \u201chandcuffing, blindfolding and taking him away from his wife and three young children,\u201d the BDS National Committee (BNC)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bdsmovement.net\/news\/israeli-occupation-forces-arrest-bds-coordinator-mahmoud-nawajaa-during-night-raid\">said<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The arrest did not pass without protest, notably from Nawajaa\u2019s two older children, 9 and 7, who shouted at the soldiers, the BNC added. The older son said, \u201cLeave dad alone. Get out.
